LUMIVO VOUCHER POLICY
Effective Date: August 17, 2026
This Voucher Policy (โVoucher Policyโ) applies to digital vouchers, coupons, promotional vouchers, experience vouchers, and other digital entitlements made available through the Lumivo platform (collectively, โVouchersโ).
The Vouchers are made available through the website operated by Lumivo Global Pte. Ltd. (โLumivoโ, โweโ, โusโ, or โourโ).
This Voucher Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy. Unless otherwise stated, defined terms used in this Voucher Policy have the meanings given to them in our Terms & Conditions.
By purchasing, receiving, accessing, or attempting to redeem a Voucher, you agree to this Voucher Policy.
Nothing in this Voucher Policy limits any consumer right or legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under the laws applicable to you.
1. ABOUT LUMIVO VOUCHERS
Lumivo provides a digital platform through which users may discover and purchase selected offers, products, experiences, meals, services, and other benefits provided by participating merchants.
A Voucher represents a digital entitlement associated with a particular offer and participating merchant.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Lumivo does not own, operate, or control the participating merchant's physical business.
The Merchant is responsible for providing the goods, products, meals, experiences, or services associated with the Voucher in accordance with the applicable offer and applicable law.
Lumivo is responsible for operating the platform, processing the applicable transaction through its payment and technology systems, and making the Voucher available to the purchaser, subject to the applicable terms.
2. VOUCHER INFORMATION
The applicable terms of each Voucher will generally be displayed on the relevant product or offer page and/or on the Voucher itself.
Depending on the nature of the offer, the information may include:
ยท the name or description of the offer;
ยท the participating Merchant;
ยท the purchase price;
ยท the stated value or benefit;
ยท the validity or redemption period;
ยท applicable redemption conditions;
ยท applicable usage restrictions;
ยท quantity or transaction limitations;
ยท location restrictions;
ยท applicable taxes, fees, or additional charges;
ยท redemption instructions; and
ยท other information reasonably necessary to use the Voucher.
You should review the applicable offer information before completing your purchase.
The terms specifically displayed for a particular Voucher form part of the terms applicable to that Voucher.
3. PURCHASE AND ISSUANCE
After successful payment, Lumivo will normally issue the purchased Voucher electronically.
A Voucher may be delivered through one or more available methods, including:
ยท email;
ยท a Lumivo account;
ยท a web page;
ยท a digital wallet or similar digital interface; or
ยท another electronic method used by Lumivo.
The delivery method may vary depending on the product, location, technology, or other operational requirements.
A Voucher is generally issued only after the applicable payment has been successfully authorized or completed.
If payment is unsuccessful, reversed, cancelled, or otherwise not completed, Lumivo may not issue the Voucher or may invalidate a Voucher that has been issued in error.
4. VOUCHER IDENTIFICATION
Each Voucher may contain a unique identifier, code, reference number, QR code, barcode, PIN, token, or another form of digital verification.
The specific verification method may vary between offers and Merchants.
Lumivo may change or update the technical redemption method from time to time without changing the underlying benefit of a valid Voucher.
Where applicable, the Voucher may be linked to the relevant order, account, purchaser, or transaction for verification and fraud-prevention purposes.
5. HOW TO REDEEM A VOUCHER
A Voucher must be redeemed in accordance with the instructions applicable to that Voucher.
Depending on the offer, redemption may require the user to:
ยท present the Voucher;
ยท display a QR code, barcode, PIN, or other verification code;
ยท provide the Voucher or order reference;
ยท present the Voucher through a Lumivo account or digital interface; or
ยท follow another redemption procedure specified by Lumivo or the Merchant.
The applicable redemption method may vary by Merchant and may be changed where reasonably necessary to operate or secure the Voucher system.
Users should follow the redemption instructions provided with the Voucher and any reasonable verification requirements imposed by the Merchant.
6. REDEMPTION AT THE MERCHANT
The Merchant is responsible for verifying and fulfilling the applicable Voucher.
The Merchant may reasonably verify:
ยท the validity of the Voucher;
ยท whether the Voucher has already been redeemed;
ยท the applicable expiry or validity period;
ยท the applicable offer conditions; and
ยท whether the Voucher is being presented in accordance with the applicable redemption requirements.
A Merchant may refuse redemption where the Voucher:
ยท is expired;
ยท has already been redeemed;
ยท is invalid or cannot be authenticated;
ยท does not satisfy the applicable offer conditions;
ยท is being used outside the permitted location, date, time, or other restrictions;
ยท appears to have been altered, duplicated, tampered with, or fraudulently obtained; or
ยท cannot reasonably be verified.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
7. VALIDITY AND EXPIRATION
Each Voucher may have a stated validity period or expiration date.
Where an expiration date or validity period is displayed on the relevant offer or Voucher, you should redeem the Voucher before that date unless applicable law requires otherwise.
A Voucher that has expired may no longer be redeemable.
However, where applicable law provides a mandatory minimum validity period, prohibits expiration, requires replacement, or provides another consumer protection, the applicable legal requirement will prevail.
Lumivo may not be able to extend an expired Voucher unless:
ยท the applicable offer expressly permits an extension;
ยท the Merchant agrees to an extension;
ยท Lumivo determines that an extension is appropriate; or
ยท applicable law requires an extension or other remedy.
Users should therefore review the stated validity period before purchasing and should redeem the Voucher within the applicable period.
8. USE OF VOUCHERS
Unless otherwise stated on the applicable offer or Voucher:
ยท a Voucher may only be used for the offer for which it was issued;
ยท a Voucher may not be used for another Merchant or product;
ยท a Voucher may not be exchanged for cash;
ยท a Voucher does not constitute a general-purpose payment instrument;
ยท a Voucher may not be used after it has been fully redeemed or otherwise invalidated; and
ยท any applicable usage restrictions displayed with the offer will apply.
Some Vouchers may have additional conditions, including:
ยท minimum purchase requirements;
ยท maximum quantity limits;
ยท specific redemption dates or times;
ยท reservation requirements;
ยท location restrictions;
ยท dine-in, takeaway, online, or in-store restrictions;
ยท restrictions on combining the Voucher with other promotions; or
ยท other Merchant-specific conditions.
Where additional conditions apply, they will be communicated with the applicable offer or Voucher where reasonably practicable.
9. PARTIAL USE AND UNUSED VALUE
Whether a Voucher may be used more than once, partially redeemed, or used toward a transaction exceeding or falling below the stated Voucher value depends on the applicable offer.
Unless the applicable offer expressly states otherwise:
ยท a single-use Voucher must be redeemed in one transaction;
ยท unused value may not be converted into cash;
ยท no change or cash equivalent will necessarily be provided for an unused balance; and
ยท the remaining value of a Voucher may be forfeited after a completed redemption where the offer is expressly described as a single-use or fixed-use Voucher.
Where applicable law requires a different treatment of unused value, the applicable law will prevail.
Users should review the individual Voucher conditions before purchase.
10. ADDITIONAL TAXES, FEES, AND CHARGES
The price paid to purchase a Voucher relates to the Voucher or offer as displayed at the time of purchase.
Depending on the nature of the underlying goods or services and the laws or practices applicable at the place of redemption, additional amounts may be payable at the time the Voucher is redeemed.
These may include, where applicable:
ยท sales or consumption taxes;
ยท VAT or GST;
ยท service charges;
ยท mandatory fees;
ยท delivery charges;
ยท surcharges;
ยท amounts relating to additional goods or services; or
ยท other charges imposed by the Merchant or required by applicable law.
Any such additional amount should be disclosed by the Merchant or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable law.
The purchase of a Voucher does not automatically mean that all taxes, fees, or charges associated with the eventual redemption transaction have been prepaid, unless the applicable offer expressly states otherwise.
11. RESERVATIONS AND AVAILABILITY
Certain Vouchers may require a reservation, booking, appointment, or advance notice.
Where a reservation is required, the user is responsible for following the applicable reservation instructions.
Purchasing a Voucher does not necessarily guarantee availability at every time or date unless the applicable offer expressly provides such a guarantee.
If a Merchant requires reservations, users should contact or book with the Merchant using the method specified for the relevant Voucher.
A Merchant may be unable to accept a Voucher at a particular time where availability is limited, provided that such limitation is consistent with the applicable offer and applicable law.
12. MERCHANT OPERATING HOURS AND TEMPORARY CLOSURES
Users should check the Merchant's operating hours and any applicable redemption restrictions before visiting.
A Merchant may occasionally be unavailable due to:
ยท public holidays;
ยท temporary closure;
ยท maintenance;
ยท unforeseen operational circumstances;
ยท capacity limitations;
ยท safety requirements; or
ยท other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Where a temporary closure materially prevents redemption of a valid Voucher, Lumivo may, where reasonably practicable and subject to the circumstances, assist the user in seeking an appropriate solution.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
ยท arranging an alternative redemption date;
ยท contacting the Merchant;
ยท extending the Voucher where appropriate;
ยท replacing the Voucher; or
ยท providing another remedy required by applicable law or the Refund Policy.
13. MERCHANT RESPONSIBILITY
The Merchant is responsible for the quality, safety, legality, availability, description, and fulfillment of the goods or services associated with the Voucher, subject to applicable law.
The Merchant is also responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations relating to its business, products, services, premises, staff, licenses, taxes, health and safety, and consumer obligations.
Lumivo does not operate the Merchant's business and does not control the Merchant's day-to-day operations.
However, nothing in this Voucher Policy excludes or limits any responsibility that Lumivo may have under applicable law.
14. VOUCHER SECURITY
You are responsible for keeping your Voucher and any associated code, PIN, QR code, barcode, account, or other verification information secure.
A Voucher may be treated as usable by a person who presents valid redemption credentials unless the applicable system or Merchant can reasonably establish otherwise.
You should not publicly post or unnecessarily share:
ยท Voucher codes;
ยท QR codes;
ยท PINs;
ยท redemption links; or
ยท other information that could allow another person to redeem the Voucher.
If you believe that your Voucher has been stolen, copied, compromised, or used without authorization, you should contact Lumivo as soon as reasonably possible at:
support@lumivolife.com
Lumivo may investigate suspected unauthorized use but cannot guarantee replacement or recovery where a Voucher has already been validly redeemed, subject to applicable law.
15. LOST, DELETED, OR INACCESSIBLE VOUCHERS
If you cannot locate your Voucher, you should first check the email address, Lumivo account, or other delivery method associated with the purchase.
You may also contact:
support@lumivolife.com
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify the purchase, such as:
ยท order number;
ยท email address;
ยท transaction information;
ยท Voucher information; or
ยท other relevant verification information.
Where a valid purchase can be verified and the Voucher has not been redeemed, Lumivo may, where reasonably practicable, reissue or restore access to the Voucher.
We are not responsible for unauthorized redemption resulting from a user's failure to protect the Voucher or associated account information, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
16. DUPLICATION, FRAUD, AND MISUSE
Lumivo may suspend, invalidate, or refuse to honor a Voucher where we reasonably believe that the Voucher or transaction:
ยท was obtained through fraud;
ยท was purchased using unauthorized payment information;
ยท has been duplicated or altered;
ยท has been unlawfully transferred;
ยท has been subject to unauthorized access;
ยท is being used for fraudulent or abusive purposes; or
ยท otherwise violates our Terms & Conditions or applicable law.
Where a Voucher is invalidated for fraud or unlawful activity, Lumivo may take additional measures permitted by law, including restricting accounts or transactions and cooperating with payment providers, Merchants, law enforcement, or other relevant authorities.
17. TRANSFER OF VOUCHERS
Unless otherwise stated for a particular offer, a user may provide a Voucher to another person for redemption where the nature of the Voucher reasonably permits such use.
However, the original purchaser remains responsible for maintaining the security of the Voucher until it is redeemed.
Some Vouchers may be non-transferable where required by the Merchant, the nature of the offer, applicable payment rules, fraud-prevention requirements, or applicable law.
If a Voucher is expressly identified as non-transferable, it may only be redeemed by the person or account specified in the applicable Voucher conditions.
18. RESALE OF VOUCHERS
Unless expressly authorized by Lumivo, Vouchers may not be commercially resold, reproduced, duplicated, or distributed for commercial purposes.
Any unauthorized resale or distribution may result in the Voucher being suspended or invalidated.
This restriction does not prevent ordinary personal gifting or transfer of a Voucher where such transfer is permitted under Section 17.
19. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Refunds and cancellations are governed primarily by the Lumivo Refund Policy and any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.
A Voucher that has already been redeemed may generally not be eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law or otherwise provided under the Refund Policy.
Where a refund is approved, the refund may be subject to the conditions and procedures described in the Refund Policy.
If a payment was originally made in a currency different from the currency in which Lumivo processes the refund, the amount actually received by the user may differ from the original amount paid because of exchange-rate movements, payment-provider conversion, or other applicable financial processing.
Lumivo will process refunds in accordance with its Refund Policy and applicable law.
20. CURRENCY AND VOUCHER VALUE
The purchase currency and amount displayed at checkout form the basis of the transaction.
The displayed price may be presented in the applicable local currency or in United States dollars depending on the user's location, website configuration, or applicable checkout settings.
Currency conversion performed by a user's bank, card issuer, payment provider, digital wallet, or other financial institution may result in an amount being charged or received that differs from the amount displayed by Lumivo.
Lumivo is not responsible for exchange rates or conversion charges imposed by a user's financial institution, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the currency used to purchase a Voucher does not change the underlying goods or services represented by that Voucher.
21. VOUCHER AVAILABILITY AND DISCONTINUATION
Lumivo may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue Voucher offers from time to time.
Where a Voucher has already been validly purchased, Lumivo will not intentionally withdraw the purchased benefit merely because the corresponding offer is no longer generally available, except where:
ยท redemption has become impossible;
ยท the Merchant is no longer able to provide the applicable goods or services;
ยท the Voucher was obtained fraudulently or unlawfully;
ยท continuation is prohibited by law;
ยท circumstances beyond reasonable control prevent fulfillment; or
ยท another circumstance permits or requires cancellation under applicable law.
Where a purchased Voucher can no longer reasonably be fulfilled, Lumivo will seek to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Refund Policy and applicable law.
22. CHANGES TO VOUCHER TERMS
The terms applicable to a Voucher are generally those displayed at the time of purchase.
Lumivo may update general Voucher policies from time to time to reflect changes in:
ยท technology;
ยท operational procedures;
ยท Merchant requirements;
ยท legal or regulatory requirements;
ยท fraud-prevention measures; or
ยท the Services.
A change to the general Voucher Policy will not retroactively remove rights that have already accrued to a purchaser where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
Where a specific Voucher has additional terms, those terms will continue to apply to the extent required by the applicable offer and applicable law.
23. COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW
Lumivo intends this Voucher Policy to operate across multiple jurisdictions.
Because consumer protection, voucher, gift certificate, tax, payment, and other laws may differ between jurisdictions, certain mandatory legal requirements may apply differently depending on where the user is located or where the Voucher is redeemed.
Where applicable law provides a right, remedy, validity period, refund entitlement, redemption right, or other protection that conflicts with this Voucher Policy, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
Nothing in this Voucher Policy is intended to exclude or restrict any right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
24. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lumivo is not responsible for losses arising solely from:
ยท a user's failure to redeem a Voucher before its applicable validity period;
ยท unauthorized disclosure or sharing of Voucher credentials by the user;
ยท failure to follow applicable redemption instructions;
ยท circumstances within the Merchant's reasonable control; or
ยท the user's failure to satisfy applicable offer conditions.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
25. CUSTOMER SUPPORT
If you experience a problem with a Voucher, please contact Lumivo as soon as reasonably possible.
Customer Support:
support@lumivolife.com
When contacting us, please provide your order number or Voucher information where available.
We may need to verify the relevant transaction before taking action.
26. RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER POLICIES
This Voucher Policy should be read together with:
ยท Lumivo Terms & Conditions;
ยท Lumivo Refund Policy;
ยท Lumivo Privacy Policy; and
ยท any specific terms displayed on the applicable Voucher or offer page.
If there is a conflict between this Voucher Policy and a specific mandatory requirement displayed for a particular Voucher, the specific Voucher terms will generally apply to that Voucher to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If there is a conflict between this Voucher Policy and mandatory applicable law, the mandatory law will prevail.
27. GOVERNING PRINCIPLE
This Voucher Policy is intended to provide a consistent framework for Lumivo's international Voucher services while recognizing that mandatory consumer protections may differ between jurisdictions.
Nothing in this Voucher Policy is intended to:
ยท exclude statutory consumer rights;
ยท create rights that are prohibited by applicable law;
ยท prevent a consumer from exercising a legally protected remedy; or
ยท limit any protection that cannot legally be excluded.
